Cosmetic-product reports can now be checked in one public place.
In September 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration launched a public dashboard dedicated to cosmetic-product adverse-event reports. The dashboard is updated daily and includes serious reports submitted under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022, alongside voluntary reports from consumers and professionals.
The FDA is clear that a report does not establish that a product caused an event, and the data should not be read as a product safety rating. It is a useful transparency tool, not a verdict.
